The injured employee was waiting on stand-by while range operations were ongoing. The employee got out of a vehicle and walked over to an unexploded ordnance (UXO) and picked it up. The UXO exploded resulting in an amputation to the left hand and multiple amputations to fingers on the right hand.

On July 30, 2019, a maintenance technician was standing on an 18-foot step stand, preparing to replace a light ballast. He was shocked while working with the 277-volt circuit and fell onto the stand. He lost consciousness and suffered burns and bruises to the hands, and was hospitalized.

An electronic maintenance technician noticed that part of the tarp covering a radar dome had come off. He was standing on the bed of his pickup truck, pulling a rope attached to the tarp, when he fell off and landed on his back on the asphalt pavement. He suffered a skull fracture and brain hemorrhaging and was hospitalized.

An employee was standing on the back of a lavatory service truck while he was servicing water into the system. As he was connecting a dump hose onto the aircraft, he stumbled, fell 61 inches, and hit his head on the concrete floor. He sustained a contusion on his head, fractured four ribs, and fractured his left thumb, requiring hospitalization.
